Zaytouna Residence is a 10-storey residential building under development in Dubai Production City, Plot 6854418, Dubai. The project is being developed by Jamal Elounais and designed by Proline Engineering Consultants, with construction handled by Golden Five Contracting. Set in a growing residential and commercial hub, the building is designed to offer contemporary living with efficient infrastructure and comfortable amenities. Al Sahoo Trading, in collaboration with Aquatherm Germany, proudly supplied Aquatherm Blue Pipes for the chilled water supply system. Our support ensured dependable performance, system reliability, and alignment with the project’s sustainability goals.
