Doha Marriott, one of Doha's most iconic hotels, will be completely reimagined for the first time since it first opened its doors in Doha Bay in 1973. The hotel's renovation will be a significant milestone. The project's main contractor was Urbacon Trading and Contracting (UCC), and Elegancia Electromechanical was chosen as the MEP contractor. The main goal of the project renovation is to celebrate Qatar's heritage and restore the building's original iconic identity. While maintaining the original design, minor changes are made to improve the building's functionality, such as the project entrance road and a port coacher, which will be developed to be more welcoming and to provide an exceptional guest experience.

The Doha Marriott Hotel, the city's most iconic building, has completely renovated its drainage plumbing system with Valsir SpA Triplus sound-proof pipes and fittings with the assistance of Al Sahoo Trading. Al Sahoo Trading, a Valsir distributor in Qatar, supplied the necessary Valsir Triplus products and collaborated productively with the contractor to get the drainage system up and running. Katara Hospitality, a global hotel owner, developer, and operator based in Qatar owns the Doha Marriott Hotel.
